How do you prepare a quote, from a sketch or a sample? We prefer to prepare a quote from an existing sample. We would produce a new sample for the client and this process would indicate the time it takes to produce the product, thereby giving an accurate idea of the production costs for the client.
What are the payment terms for sampling? The payment terms for sampling would usually be higher than for a production run. This is so we can go over the pattern, do a few samples and to ‘get to know’ your products. This payment can be made via bank transfer or Paypal.
Is there anything you do not currently produce? Yes, we do not currently produce swimwear, knitwear, most outwear, pet clothing, most sport wear children's clothing and hosiery.
What are the payment terms for production orders? We require a minimum 40% advance payment before the production begins. This payment can be made via bank transfer or Paypal.
What are your minimum quantities for an order? We don't have a minimum and work with up to 500 units per product, however we can discuss larger runs if needed.
What would your turnaround time on an order be? The turnaround time depends on the complexity of the product, the quantity of pieces required and the current work load.
What sort of fabrics do you work with? We work with all woven fabrics in a variety of weights: cotton, linen, silk, chiffon, wool and some heavier weight jerseys.
Are you able to produce t-shirts? No, unfortunately we do not produce t-shirts as we work predominantly with woven and not knitted fabrics.
Do you work with stretch materials? No, Sadly at present we don't.
Are you able to source fabrics? Yes, we can help you source different fabrics, zips and other finishing products needed to complete your order. However, this require an additional cost which varies from project to project.
Do you have pattern grading facilities? Yes, we can arrange for your patterns to be graded according to your specifications. The sizing specifications would be your responsibility.
Do you provide digital print facilities? No, but we work closely with Befab Be Creative, who do.
Which countries do you currently work with? We work with local and international clients. We would however advice all international clients to be aware off any shipping or other regulations that may effect the import/export of goods from the UK as we can not take responsibilities for this.
